How to Draw a Pony
If you've ever tried drawing a Horse before, you might find it easy to draw a pony in this lesson. The anatomical structure of these two animals is very similar with the exception of several details. Learning how to draw a pony or a horse can be challenging, especially if you draw them in motion. However, the step-by-step method here should help you draw a pony with ease.
To begin, draw two circles and connect them together with a curved line as shown in my picture. This becomes a helpful foundation for later stages in drawing a pony.
In the next step, outline the neck and body. Also draw two circles and four lines for the pony's legs.
Now draw joint balls as shown in my figure. Then add two circles on the bottom part of your pony's head.
Now let's work on drawing the pony's legs. Draw the basic contour for the head. In the next step we will only add a few details to make the drawing complete.
In order to finish drawing the pony, you need to erase extra pencil sketches. After all, your pony picture is almost done. Now let's add more detail to the legs and finish drawing the Horse Head. You should also add the hooves in and the tail to your pony.
